We wouldn't shower because of the tubs overall condition even though the sign outside said new rooms. The front desk woman couldn't tell us exactly where our room was located in the complex. There were bugs and cob webs all over the ceiling. The carpet was heavily stained. Never again!

I travel to New England from Ohio once a year and have used this motel as a one night stopping off point for the past three years. At fifty dollars/night this has been a great value without all the bells and whistles that I do not need. On this stay I found the room to be well worn with alot of scuffs and dings to the paint and walls. The room also only appeared to be surface cleaned and I did not feel as comfortable there as I have during past stays. The grounds around the motel have also seemed to suffer as well with trash strewn about and flower beds that needed to be cleaned out and weeded. This added a somewhat seedy feel to the property. I will keep an eye on Trip Advisor before my next trip to New England to see if there have been any improvements and hope that the owner/managment team will take appropriate action.

Good price and nice though sparse accommodations -- best rooms on 2nd floor in building closest to McDonald's

I am staying here for the last one month on a business trip. Rooms are clean and safe with comfortable beds. Neighbors are gas station, Starbucks, Denny's and McDonalds - you can just walk in. Lot of shopping places nearby.

The Motel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the Morning, free news paper. 8 big and small towels and a couple of soap bars in bath and wash.
