We have been staying to this location every year around Christmas for the last 7 years. The hotel is easily accessible by the I-91. It is bordered by woods, the place is indeed very quiet.
The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff have been the same all those years and are extremely friendly and helpful (Michael and Dilban at the front desk, Saber and Loren in the restaurant to name a few).
The breakfast buffet is nice and generous, the beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are running hot water (not so common in some hotels).
Looking forward to our next visit.

I have stayed at this hotel for an annual conference and interim meetings for the past several years. There are aspects that could be improved (such as the internet service), but this hotel is head and shoulders above the rest in one very important area: staff. I have been a general attendee of the conference there and have also been involved in its organization, and I really can't speak highly enough of the folks who work there. Every single person (bartenders (YEAH!!), banquet managers, front desk, housekeeping, ...) that I have encountered on staff there has gone out of his or her way to be friendly, accommodating, and helpful. It is unusual to find a staff with so much experience as a team (most have worked together for many years), and that experience shows. It feels like home each time I'm there, and that is also unusual for infrequent business travel. Some of the aesthetics and the business-related amenities could be updated, but I have never left feeling anything less than positive about my stay.

I was very impressed by the service at the hotel. Each employee greeted me with a smile, from the front desk, to the housekeeping, to the cheery hostess in the Concierge Lounge.

The bed, as always, was ultra comfortable. The hotel is a bit outdated, and had I not been given complimentary wireless with my Gold status, I would have complained about the speed. There's no excuse not to have fast internet today. Not only did they not have Wifi in the rooms, they had a SLOW Ethernet connection.

Rooms were ok, front desk were not that helpful. Was a good base for touring around for a couple of days. The staff at breakfast in the morning were lovely and extremely helpful.
