I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. I went to the front desk to ask for a new room and was treated very rudely by the man working there. He told me there were no other rooms available and tried to convince me that I had non-smoking room (despite the ash trays in the room, the smokey smell, and the fact that it said smoking on the door!) He quickly escalated the conversation to a fight and told me there was nothing he could do. If I had any other place to stay I would have left.
The room itself was smokey but relatively clean.
Overall, this was probably the worst customer service I've experienced at a hotel.
