Elevator was filthy, garbage and a beer bottle. Overall the place needs a good washing and cleaning. If you can't get a room at Mohegan Sun, or don't want to pay the high cost of staying there...this place is about15 minutes from the slot machines.

Property appears to be well kept. If you have a security or maintenace issue dont look for it to be resolved during your stay!!!! Brought what i considered to be a serious security issue(missing peephole)to the front desk clerk/mgr on duty. i was told that he would put work order in. I went out for about 6hrs,still no peephole. No offer even made to change room(guess me telling him i covered it with paper was good enough. I went home and got a call from Traci Lashomb(gen mgr). Call was to let me know that peephole was fixed and we should have been offered another room. She also asked how was my stay.. HOW DO YOU THINK MY STAY WAS?

We've been staying at this hotel for years when we are in the area. Typical chain hotel, a good value. Never had any problems with reservations, the room, or breakfast.

For convenience and value, I think this is the best offsite hotel when visiting Mohegan or Foxwoods. Cant beat the free breakfast too. Room was clean, only complaint was we had to wait two hours past check in to get our room, the staff was overwhelmed with a full house the night before. But they were very courteous and everything worked out well.
