I was so pleased with the Homestead Studio Suites. The place is just immaculate and the service from the staff right on the money. Business takes me away from home but I felt so comfortable in the suites.

Dingy, unhelpful staff, 3/6 dryers were not working, coin machine to do the laundry was not working, when I went to get quarters they had none and told me to go to the bank the next day if I wanted to do laundry! I tried to get a wake up call but no one was at the desk. Beds are uncomfortable, TV's don't work well, actually most things in general don't work well from the toilet to the toaster...just all around disappointing won't stay here again.

As for Pro's, the rooms are large and it's in a convenient location.

However, the list of Con's is quite long. First, I had to go buy cleaning products at the local supermarket to clean my room. The room was beyond gross, with soiled linen in the bathtub, used q-tips in the trash can, grease on the kitchen couter and stove, and goodness knows what on the bathroom counter and bathtub. The fridge and microwave had not been cleaned in a long time, and, well, you get the idea. Furthermore, the kitchen sink drain was leaking, getting water on the floor and cabinet (that I just cleaned...). Lastly, the on-site "gym" is a closet with just 4 pieces of equipment most likely built in the 80's.

After staying in other extended stay properties, this place has set even a lower bar.

I was traveling alone and spent a week at the Homestead Suites Hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially in advising me of nearby services and transportation. When the coffee pot leaked it was replaced immediately. The wi-fi service was fine. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Whenever I came back to the hotel from the day's events, I was warmly greeted by the staff. Checkout was a breeze. This is a clean, comfortable lower budget type of hotel with all essentials available. I would certainly stay there again.
