Great Cheap motel to stay in North Haven. calmand cool place. Service was good in recent power outage. It has all the feature like mini fridge, Microwave Sattelite TV, heat etc. I love tis Very cheap for weekly stay.

I stayed here again for one week, and is the same as before, tiny rooms, no mattress pad, can hear betwwen the walls. Rug felt dried out and crusty. Has satteltite tv, but only 13 channels. If owner invested in a few more sattelite receiver boxes instead of the 13 rack mounted sattlelite receiver boxes in the office with the central video distitbution system each room would have plenty of channels. The place only was between 15-18 rooms all together so each room could realistcally have its own satellite receiver box.

OK for inbetween apts or no other place to go but thats it. I cant rank on this place too much because this area doesnt have much selection in weekly motels. Location is ideal. I have the feeling if the car dealership next door expands, this place may get demolished. I think the property value far outweighs the rental income from the motel for the owner. Had some trouble getting my deposit back because I didnt save the receipt whiich no body ever told me to save it. Had to argue with owner.

old 50s motel converted to weekly rooms / apts. no mattress pad. bring your own. micro and fridge provoided. everything old and wornout. limted sattelite tv. cement walls can hear people through the walls. very small rooms. ok if you need a shorterm place to stay between apts thats it. this is the utmost spartan place ok for rooms. somwhat renovated with odds and ends. if you need a cheap roof over your head for a shortime while you get back on your feet or apt hunt this place may do. just dont expect much more. i would rate this place worse elsewhere but connecticut doesnt have a wide variety of weekly places and places without leases and big deposits.
