We stayed in Room 319 at this hotel in early September. When we first entered the room, it appeared clean but had a distinct sour odor to it. Upon returning to the room after attending a wedding downstairs, there were around 20-30 bedbugs crawling on both beds and the people sleeping in them at the time. When we touched one to make sure what it was, it popped and spurted blood. We immediately packed up our belongings, informed the useless front desk clerk about the situation, and left the hotel. After leaving, we asked some family members to return to pick up something we had left behind in the room. They said that the room was absolutely infested at that time. We spoke with the manager the following Monday, and though he acknowleged the problem and we were given a credit, he did not agree to fully reimburse us for cleaning costs and questioned whether we needed to be concerned since we had only seen them on the bed at the time. In the interest of full disclosure, I would note that we knew several other people staying in the hotel that night and their rooms did not seem to have any bedbugs. Finally, I would note that this hotel is no longer affiliated with Radisson.
