Stayed Saturday-Sunday July 30, 2011-July 31, 2011 room 158- Husband woke up with bite welts all over his body- appear to be bed bugs- NEVER AGAIN!

I stayed here for 3 nights last month and was surprised at the good quality of the room and service after reading poor reviews on tripadvisor. I found the room of a good standard and even asked for extra towels which were provided without any fuss.
All in all it's good value if you have to spend a few nights in this part of connecticut.

There was pee in the toliet, condom wrapper behind the bed. Gum on the nightstand, rugs were not vacummed. The chair in the room was so gross, so many stains on it. The pillows had stains on them, when i took them out of the pillow case. It was horrible, just horrible. Me and my boyfriend slept in our cloths and used our jackets for pillows and we took the comfortor of the bed. Never AGAIN.....

The room was filthy. it had an odor to it. my girlfriend checked for bed bugs and i told her that bed bugs would not stay here. there was a condom wrapper at the head of the bed on the floor,a wad of gum on the night stand,carpet was very dirty, was afraid to sleep in the bed, the mattress itself was stained, the pillows were stained, slept on top of the bed-no blanket, did not use pillows. this was the worst room i have ever seen. if you dont believe it, go rent a room for yourself. room 251
