My husband and I are staying here until we find an apartment after relocation. I don't have a problem with the hotel persay but the customer service is horrible!!!! Everyone acts as if they have a stick up their behind with the exception of one (Talisha) not sure if thats how it's spelled. She has been the nicest most caring person at the front desk. Today we had a bunch of guys walking and being loud yelling laughing just having a great time in the hall way totally not being considerant of the other people on my floor. I called the front desk and explained to the young lady who answered the phone what was going on and all she had to say was " well they are getting ready for a party that's probably why they are being loud. REALLY???? that's just unprofessional! she then said that the most she could do was to come upstairs and ask them to quiet down. Well she never came up my husband went out and asked them nicely if they could quiet down a bit ( they were nice and apologetic) with all that said it's not that bad of a place it would be better if they retrained their staff on customer service. Maybe Talisha should head that training up!
