We found this by chance as it was just off the Interstate we were on. Front staff (young Ukrainian man) was polite and helpful. We got a King room with fridge and microwave and coffee making facilities. So all good there! The bed was so comfortable I slept in and the pillows were lovely. Congratulations to them for good presentation and cleanliness.
It was good value and would have been an excellent place to stay except there was no breakfast. Now normally this isn't a deal breaker but there was no explanation until I went back and asked - turned out that their 'truck' hadn't delivered breakfast. We were left with the impression that, as we appeared to be only one of maybe 2 or at most 3 people in the whole place, it just wasn't worth putting on breakfast for. Now I admit that I could be wrong but a truck delivering breakfast?
If this was in fact the truth I would have expected my staff to be proactive and seek out alternatives. There is a massive supermarket just down the road for bagels/ danishes or at worst a loaf of bread and milk. I don't believe that there was absolutely no cereal available at all so milk and toast would have been sufficient.
So apart from this little glitch - a good hotel.
