This is a nice and convenient hotel but the attitude of the staff is horrible! Everyone and I mean everyone I came in contact with either had a scowl on their face or had an outright attitude. No one even smiled, as if they all hated being here.
Breakfast ends at 9:00 am so I sauntered in at 8:45 to see everything had been picked over but, all I wanted was a yogurt and hot water for my tea. They had neither so I had to go to the front desk to ask for both and the front desk person said they`d get someone, again, not even a hint of a smile. When the person came to see what I wanted I felt as though I was bothering her. She brought me the yogurt and when I said thank you her reply was "aha". Not "you`re welcome" with a smile.
When I checked out the woman at the front desk took my key WITHOUT A WORD, NOT EVEN A "HOW WAS YOUR STAY", NOTHING, AS IF I WASN`T EVEN THERE!
Who ever owns this property needs to send it`s people to some sort of customer service training - or give out 5 hour energy or happy pills or something,
