Felt helpless when told that I had to check in at 11AM when I was previously told I could check in early specially since I had four days worth of cooked meals.Thank God he followed me to parking lot and gave me a room that I was stuck with since I had a reservation and besides not knowing the area I had no plan B.( I will be staying in Cromwell when I return June 28th) I slept badly those four nights since I have dust allergies.Found a dead bedbug. No microwave,had to buy pan to heat up water and food. Bus does not stop in front of motel;service starts at the A&P.No daily removal of garbage;no room service at all.The worse was turning on the Tv and seeing porno when that is offensive to me before I could figure out how to get the channel that I wanted;children should not stay at this motel or parents should not don't let them use the remote.The only good thing was the wife's owner who was professional and respectful on the phone.

Very vell mannered staff, good place. Close to shopping, food and Wesleyn University.
As far as stay concerned, quiteand awesome place.

The office staff (owners)are cronic liars. This place advertises they have HBO and wireless internet, only to find out they have neither. They have wireless something but it does not get out on the net. Staff insisted it was my slow, newley bought Dell laptop that connects to a cellphone if needed. Then there was the heat that was not regulated. Either full on and roast in 10 degree weather or freeze. Took the top linen off the bed and there were bloodstains on the sheets. Not from us! I would rather sleep in a tent or the truck. Toilet had not been scrubbed down in AGES. Under the bed was a real nice sight to see.

worried about slashed tires, stolen vehicle, roaches, stains on the walls, customers there by the hour? heard a bang and sprang to the window when the "neighbors" came home. van in yard full of stuff and 3 flat tires. stayed because had to get the kids to bed and settled.
