everything from incluted breakfast to 1 bedroom suite was wonderful ,great bedding room was imaculate clean. staff was terrific around the clock 4day 3 night stay plus 2 42inch lcd tv,s in unit air conditioning was great. unfortunatly i am allegic to dogs and there was a dog show in area so there must have been 35 rooms with dogs since we happy dogging were celebrating wifes birthday with getaway jul 7 to 10 decided not to leave hotel traveling from long island ny did not check to see how pet friendly they are in advance would have given 5 stars across the board made the best of it took alot of overs counter meds to try to feel better

I actually stayed here Feb - May on a long term project. In general the hotel was fine, but it is due for some updating. The internet was aweful, which was tough as the project we were on required alot of evening work. A hotel in this day and age should have useable internet so it was a huge disappointment, even though they said they upgraded in the middle of our stay it never changed. They also need to move the outdoor smoking areas away from the building and entrances. For the most part, the staff was friendly, the building quiet, and the breakfast was a plus. I've stayed at quit a few Residence Inn properties and this is at the low end.

This is a good hotel if one is looking to stay a extended period of time. It offers kitchen facilities and has breakfast included in the room rate. Breakfast is ok , though can sound bland as they don't change the menu at all! All in all, good value if on a business stay for extended period.

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn Manchester, Ct for 2 nights. It was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and we were able to spread out in the suite. It was great and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
