Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No problems with reservations and no wait to check in. Hotel lobby was large and inviting. Good location within walking distance to several restaurants. Shuttle bus was available for travel to New Haven and local restaurants. The children enjoyed the pool.

Took a group of parents and kids there. Staff were helpful and friendly. We booked months in advance and had no problems with reservations or confirmations. Helpful staff with shuttle bus for those who needed it to area restaurants, etc. Rooms were clean, but plain, spartan. Fridge, which some rooms had, some did not, would have been helpful.

Went for a wedding and will not return to that hotel. The desk staff was not at all competent. The hotel over booked and sent members of our group to a different hotel,,, they would shuttle them over- but could not guarantee a ride back in the morning. This was all discovered after the wedding at 12:00 midnight! The bed was awful ..very uncomfortable and pitched to the middle! Would definitely recommend finding a different hotel in the area!!

Wedding party pre-booked over 35 rooms at hotel. All had written confirmations. Hotel overbooked and some guests lost their rooms. Were assured by hotel week before event that everything was OK. Found out day of event that several rooms were not available and guests had to "bunk" with other guests including with the bride and groom ! Parents spent hundreds of dollars on welcome bags that were not provided to guest upon check in. Charged for services that were not provided. Multiple guests given same room and keys - privacy issue! Unfriendly, rude staff! Check in (for those that had rooms) was horrible - only one staff member at lobby desk - line was out the door. Oh and cops called as we were too "loud" - really! Horrible experience !!
