Mike greeted me at the front desk and made the check-in process a pleasure. He was friendly and charming and recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. He was the epitome of excellent guest service. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was very helpful.
My room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and parking was plentiful. My only request would have been additional channels on the television. Who doesn't have the Food Network?? And honestly, if that's the only mildly annoying thing I can find about my stay, then you're doing something very, very right. Keep up the great work! Again, another reason why I am a loyal Hilton Hotels guest and Hilton Honors member.
Room Tip: The whirlpool suites are huge and the jetted tubs are amaaaaaaaazing.
