This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and everytime they go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We checked in for a quick new years eve getaway. We always book two connecting rooms - one for us and one for the kids, gives us lots of space. Rooms are super clean as are all the public areas, internet is fast and parking is plentiful and free. However what sets this hotel apart is the staff and customer service. From the minute we checked in, everyone we encountered displayed top notch service skills and the breakfast team is flawless. A block away is the outstanding J Gilberts Steakhouse - well worth a visit but remember to book - lots of stores and restaurants in the area. We cannot wait to visit for a 4th time!

Parking is free. Breakfast is available for about $12/person. Pretty much your standard self-serve continental with oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and wafflemaker, but they did have a guy who makes omlettes which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

Mike greeted me at the front desk and made the check-in process a pleasure. He was friendly and charming and recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. He was the epitome of excellent guest service. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was very helpful.

My room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and parking was plentiful. My only request would have been additional channels on the television. Who doesn't have the Food Network?? And honestly, if that's the only mildly annoying thing I can find about my stay, then you're doing something very, very right. Keep up the great work! Again, another reason why I am a loyal Hilton Hotels guest and Hilton Honors member.

Standard business hotel, dining and bar facilities limited to the front lobby. Room clean, staff nice.
