I chose this Holiday Inn Express in advance for our upcoming family reunion party since its close to the airport location. My personal visit to rooms and the offered rates to our family members turned out to be quiet satisfactory. This holiday inn is definitely working hard to meet the standards in every way. Our one night stay with our Grand Parents was quiet memorable because all the efforts of the General Manager over there!

We stopped there while we were goimg to Springfield. Really comfortable, clean and excellent breakfast included.

My team from the was billeted here during Hurricane Irene. The team of 60 officers was sent to Connecticut to provide support for the Northeast region. While we were there, we needed conference rooms, printer paper, and we ate a lot of food at the breakfast bar. The hotel was unfailingly cheerful, offered whatever we needed without charge, frequently thanked us for our service, and cooked great breakfasts. We left a memento in the lobby and with the manager as a reminder to both future patrons and our team of the great support we had there. Thanks!

This was one of the worst night sleeps I "NEVER" had! We dicided to stay here to be close to the airport for an early flight so we could sleep longer and wake later. Well, we never slept even after our room was changed because the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower wouldn't drain. If the smell of mold bothers you as it did me.. do not stay here. It was a Nightmare and a horrible start for my long flight!!!
