We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Danbury. We were extremely impressed with the improvements made over the last year. The lobby is beautiful and inviting; the front desk staff friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the new rooms - loved the decor, the comfy beds and the HD on the flat screen TV. We also had dinner at Jay's which was outstanding - loved the menu selections. We will be back!

Stayed there a few weeks ago while on business. Everything was great, very clean spacious room, guy at the desk was friendly and helpful, housekeeping was quick with extra towels. Very quiet room at night, which is big for me. Lobby was very nice, great decor, seemed welcoming. They brought me coffee when I was waiting for someone in the lobby. Will definitely return if I'm in the area again.

I was in Danbury for business and was pleasantly surprised by how great the Crowne Plaza was. They have recently renovated (I was here last year and it was a completely different experience - would have given 2 stars last year.) so the lobby, restaurant, and rooms are all new. Food at the restaurant was great (try the calamari), and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.
