This is one of the better Hilton Garden Inn's that I have stayed at. We were there for 3 nights over the Christmas holidays and were very happy with our stay. Friendly service, clean hotel and quiet rooms, what more could we want.

One thing that really impressed me was when we stopped at the desk to replace one of the rooms keys that did not work, we were asked for ID and not simply a name and room number! If you have ready my other reviews you know this is one of my pet peeves - I hate it when they fail to ask for ID!

We'll be back the next time we come to Danbury to visit our family!

Stayed here for 12 days in December for work. At check in, I was greeted by a woman who talked a mile a minute. She then excused herself by letting me know she talks too fast, but then continued to do it. I am not sure if she thinks most people want to be greeted quickly and get to their room or if that was just her personality. It was a turn off for me.

The stay was OK. The gym is horrible. The treadmills and one nautilus machine. Did not use the pool. During my stay the USA today paper was not delivered 3 times. Management should not let this happen, especially 3 times in a 12 period stay.

Maid service was good, but I had to constantly leave them notes to refill my coffee.

Used the business center a few times. Every time I went to print, the printer was warming up and had to wait 15-20min for my items to print.

The location is great, right off I-84 and in a quiet location. There are alot of local places to eat around.

Breakfast was good, they made some great omelets and waffles.

Overall an average stay.

A comfortable, clean and basic place to rest your head in Danbury. Flat screen TV, Neutrogena bath products, a wake-up call that was on time and it was less than $100 for the night. A Starbucks is just down the road and I-84 is right there. Free wi-fi didn't work that well, though. No real complaints here.

This hotel is located just outside of downtown in a quiet neighborhood near the highway. It's new, updated and clean and staff are excellent: friendly and proactive about anticipating guest needs. I have stayed here often in the last year and highly recommend this hotel.
