I loved my stay here at the Super 8. It was a warm clean place for me to stay when I was out of power. The people here were excellent under pressure and they were doing thier best like everyone else was. The two women that were working the front desk were amazing. Each one of them juggling a lobby full of people as well as the phones ringing off the hook. They truely had grace under pressure.

The one down side of my visit was interacting with the manager. He was rude and mean to the people that were trying to get a room at the hotel for the night. I was sitting in the lobby for a while while the housekeeping staff cleaned my room (who were excellent) and in that time, I saw him lose his temper at guests 4-5 times. It was an interesting contrast between the women that worked there, who had empathy for those that needed help and the manager who could have cared less.

Other then that, I would recomend this hotel to all my family that will be coming into town for the holiday.

I have stayed here dozens of nights over many, many months as my office is nearby and my home is in Maryland. A great value. Staff is friendly and responsive. If that were not the case, I wouldn't be back, and I have been back many times. This hotel is a relatively new, well cared for property. Management is attentive and positive. For the money, you will not find a better place to stay.

Stayed here when needing to get off the road....Property is clean and functional, affordable so we got 2 rooms! One had a minifridge....Noise between rooms was minimal if at all (woohoo!)..showers strong and warm. Coffee in room and cont breakfast downstairs. Windows open or use wall a/c-htr efficient!

No idea about the community but we're right next to a grocer, fast food outlets and a couple full service restaurants.

I stayed here with friends in October 2010 while attending the "Furfright" furry convention.

Because of the terrible experience I had, I booked rooms at the Crowne Plaza the minute they became available. I will never stay here again.

Even though it has been almost a whole year since I stayed there, the horrible details are still burned into my mind. I booked one large room, but my party was split because the room we booked had a plumbing problem. The entire hotel has plumbing problems. One friend, who traveled separately, was unable to stay in her room because her toilet overflowed. Our toilet overflowed as well. We were given no assistance in cleaning up the poop water.

The service was not even halfway decent. While the staff did humor the furry convention goers, the service was overall abominable. The rooms were dirty. I checked in during the evening, and inspected the two room I was given-- one was not even made up. I didn't even get any help MAKING UP THE ROOM MYSELF. I had to take out the garbage and make the bed-- there were no sheets or towels in the room to speak of and I had to go to the laundry to get them.

Understaffed. Plumbing problems. Dirty. Also filled with stinkbugs.
