My husband & I spent the night here after a show at Red Rocks; it took us less than 15 minutes to get from there to the hotel, which was a priority for us! :)
We chose a non-smoking room on the third floor; we noticed while on the first floor, waiting for the elevator, that the entire corridor REEKED of stale cigarette smoke. Our floor, however, smelled just fine the night we checked in, though it was definitely a little musty-smelling the next morning.
Also, this location does NOT offer continental breakfast, but they do have a small coffee bar; there's a restaurant inside the hotel that we didn't check out.
Our room, while a bit small, was very clean; the bed was comfortable, though not as cushioned as I'd hoped.
My one complaint about our room is that the air conditioner was incredibly noisy and knocked so much that we couldn't keep it on while we slept. Beyond that, though, it made a great spot for a one-night stay! We were right across the street from a Travel America (great for making a late-night cereal run) and there was a pretty lake right next to our hotel that made for a pretty view in the morning :)
