The service was friendly and helpful; breakfast was free and standard continental; room was clean and quiet; plenty of hot water. What more could you ask. We'd stay there again.

This is an old building but all buildings get old. We had a nice clean room. Standard continental breakfast. Cant argue with free! The best thing: They have San Fransisco brand shampoo and soap! I would stay here again. Right by the Larsons ski rental shop also a plus.

Where do I start with this hotel?
The breakfast they offer is minimal, offering only bite size muffins and waffles. It was advertised that we would get free HBO with the cable in the rooms. No HBO, and the cable would frezze up. The wireless internet went out for hours at a time and they didn't offer a business center with computer as advertised. The front desk staff was very rude. Especially one named this one blonde. They refused to talk to us, upon the request of the hotel management. The room was dirty, we had bugs that were bothering us all throughout the room. The mattress was not supportive at all, a huge hole in the middle. When we complained about the above, the hotel management informed us we had to leave without refund of money. I also noticed they allow some homeless looking man stay in his camper in there parking lot and use the hotel features. Including sitting in the lobby controlling the TV. In addition to all this none of the outside doors locked, key cards were not required for entry, doors were always opened to anybody. The police also visited the hotel nearly every night throughout our stay.

The backdoor to the hotel could not lock so I felt unsafe. I expected clean & nice for the amount I paid. It was a dump! I will never stay at a Ramada Inn again. The children were sick from the smell of mold & filthy carpets. The rooms we stayed in were quiet once you were in bed & too tired to care anymore. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the pictures on their website. They must have taken a picture of another new hotel because this was filthy. We encountered homeless people in the front of the hotel!
