This was approx. by December 16th 2011, me and a group of colleagues stay at this Holiday Inn Express, and later at night we were working at the business center, we got tired and went back to our rooms, but one of our friends oversight her flash drive with importan information on it, on the next morning we went to front desk cause it was our last day at the hotel, and spoke with Linda (Guest Services Manager) and explain to her that we lost a flash drive with important information, and she took my info and will look for it, what amaze me was that she took her job above and beyond and knowing that she could not found it at that precise moment she took empowerment and call me when they did found it, and gave me the good news of it! I really appreciated for what she did!!! Thank You.

This Holiday Inn Express ranks right up there with higher-end hotels if what you're looking for is customer service, cleanliness, quiet and spacious rooms, and convenient location.
The entire property is so immaculate it felt like a brand-new hotel--even the stairwells are spotless! Every member of the staff was friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. I was concerned about the location (right next to I-70) but our room was very quiet and we slept like babies.
There isn't an on-site bar/restaurant, but there are a couple of restaurants within a block or two, and lots more options a mile or less away.
We will absolutely stay here again, whenever we visit Denver!

This was approx. our 4th or 5th stay at this Holiday Inn Express. We booked at last moment for 3 nights spanning a weekend. We changed rooms after checking in (nothing wrong with room we originally got, just needed more space) and the desk manager was very accommodating and searched to see what could be available even with our early check-in. We were given a larger room and could occupy it immediately. Good complimentary breakfast. Desk staff and breakfast room staff are very friendly and their goal is clearly to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Canʻt say enough good things. It snowed two or three times in those 3 days and they had someone keeping the parking lot plowed on a routine basis. Well managed property in our view and a central location for what we needed to do in north central Denver metro area.

Arrived late evening for vacation using Priority Club reward nights. Were checked into a very small room. When leaving for dinner, Steve asked if our room was OK. Told him, "room is very small". He immediately asked if we would like a larger room. While we were dining, he arranged for us to move to a wonderful two room suite. All the staff were very responsive, but Steve is a truly outstanding employee with super attention to customer service details. We will definitely return to this hotel.
