We are attending a conference at a nearby hotel whose name begins with a W and ends with the part of the US we are IN! We are about ten minutes from the other hotel. The rooms (suites) here are clean, large (couch, desk, etc.), and the staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgable.

The breakfast is great, protein, fruit, yogurt in addition to the usual carbs. They even have belgium waffle makers.

We were concerned that this place has mixed reviews, but we are very pleased we made the choice to stay here. If you need glitz, this is not your place. If you want honest value and comfort, then save your money for a rental car you can use to drive to Estes Park and stay here.

The Ritz it ain't! If you want glitz and glamour, a five star resort with hot and cold running room service and a concierge to make your dinner reservations, you've come to the wrong place. If, however, you're looking for a clean comfortable spacious room with a fridge, desk and microwave as well as the obligatory coffee maker, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place. I stayed here 9/22 through 9/26/11 and was well pleased with my kingsize bed, couch and the cleanliness of the "suite". I was alone in Denver to visit family and had no need for amenities such as the workout room, pool or not-very-good complimentary breakfast. I simply needed a place to hang my hat and crash after a full day out and about. The Comfort Inn Suites met my needs well.

We were visiting my son and looked for some hotel close to his home. This hotel, however was nowhere near what we had experienced in Comfort Inns & Suites in the past! It was not worth staying one night, while we had to stay two. The room had an odd smell, when entering, something stale, almost like of cold smoke, and it was there every time we entered the room. The toilet clogged up right away. The water supply to the tank did not shut off by itself - ever, so the whole bathroom overflowed.. That was not repaired during our stay, though the receptionist assisted immediately to unclog the toilet and soak up the water from the floor. The A/C was noisy as usual with in-room units. The "breakfast buffet" was impossible. Better do away with it altogether than putting out toast that tastes like cardboard. Just everything was of the lowest quality.

This place looks good at first glance but the longer you stay, the more you notice. We were here 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Easy to find and in a safe area. Plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Pool/hot tub is tiny; 2 families show up and it's suddenly too crowded. There were continual crowds of people smoking at all the entrances, and a large percentage of the guests seem to be painters, construction workers and HVAC guys. Housekeeping brought us fewer and fewer towels and washcloths each day. Our toilet had a slow flush and on the 3rd night our toilet overflowed and reached the carpet. Went to use the lobby bathroom while waiting for maintenance and it was also plugged up.
