This place looks good at first glance but the longer you stay, the more you notice. We were here 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Easy to find and in a safe area. Plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Pool/hot tub is tiny; 2 families show up and it's suddenly too crowded. There were continual crowds of people smoking at all the entrances, and a large percentage of the guests seem to be painters, construction workers and HVAC guys. Housekeeping brought us fewer and fewer towels and washcloths each day. Our toilet had a slow flush and on the 3rd night our toilet overflowed and reached the carpet. Went to use the lobby bathroom while waiting for maintenance and it was also plugged up.

Thank you for writing your review about the Comfort Suites and we apologize for not getting back with you about this right away.
In response to our indoor pool, we are in the process of remodeling it but unfortunately the size would be the same. We accept guests of any kind but we apologize if they made you uncomfortable. We always strive to give our guests the best hotel experience possible. We are also 100% smoke free hotel and we try our best to educate our guests about our smoking policy/areas outside the hotel.

“Great Value”

My husband & I stayed two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff all very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

“Could use a little updating”

Like many of the chain hotels this one is a little gray around the edges and could use new carpeting, paint and general touch up. Realizing the economy is what it is, not a big surprise. I would stay there again and plan too. Price is very competetive

“Great place to stay”

Somebody who is traveling to denver, this place is definitely worth staying. Great customer service and newly renovated hotel. Everything is in walking distance.

Was not worth going to, the room door was hard to close, had to lift it to make sure it would close all the way, the bathroom had hair on the ground from the last people, the movie chanel did not work, the hot tub was broken, was told a room was going to be $89.99 and was charged $102 then i get home to look at the bank stament was was charged another $20 dollars on top of that.
Over all i would not ever go inside this place again.
