I was not happy with my recent experience at this hotel. I arrived late in the evening on the first night and found the hot water was not working properly. I had to run the water for 20 minutes before it was warm enough. I complained to the front desk staff and they agreed to take care of the problem. The following night it was the same problem but only taking 10 minutes to get warm enough to wash my hands. When I complained again the hotel staff informed me that I had to let the water run for a while to get warm. They seemed to have a dismissive attitude and this made the hotel stay a horrible experience. My biggest complaint is that there is no consistency in the quality of the different hotels in the La Quinta chain. I will be staying at one of the Choice Hotels next time I travel to this area. Choice hotels have a consistent level of quality and are very committed to providing for 100% customer satisfaction.

We stayed one night, kind of a run away from home, although the room was smoking due only to my mistake booking it, that was the only bad part but it was my fault. The beds were so comfortable I slept through the night fire first time in years. The breakfast was very good next morning and service was fantastic.

The worst experience I've ever had with any hotel. Our room was infested with bed bugs! We may have gotten the room for no charge, but at our expense. There wasn't any way that they could have been unaware of this kind of infestation. It's going to take me a long time to be able to shake these heebie-jeebies!

Stayed here one night to be closer to the airport. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful.
