My family stayed here in December after a very long drive from Michigan. After 20+ hours in the car, my husband, our one-year-old and I couldn't wait to be out of the car! The staff was incredibly friendly, check-in was a breeze and we were up in our room in no time.
The beds are comfortable and, trust me, we're picky. The room was large and had a great view. When you request a crib at a hotel it's always quite dicey as to what you'll actually receive. Let me tell you we were extremely pleasantly surprised. The crib was an actual crib on wheels! It was clean, had incredibly cute sheets and they even brought a rug that matched the sheets to put on the floor in front of the crib to make it feel more like home. Amazing!
The shower was a dual-head shower and I could've stayed in there all night. After that long of a drive, a warm shower (and bath for the baby) was perfect. We put on our complimentary robes and ordered some food from the restaurant next door to the hotel.
I do have to say the room service selection is as expensive as it is limited. However there are numerous places within .5 mile that are wonderful. Dave & Buster's, a movie theatre, ice rink, and even a Habachi grill are all within walking distance.
We would say here again and again, it was wonderful, relaxing and luxurious!
