My family and I were in town due to my sister's wedding. Due to the nature of our trip, I had some odd requests of this hotel and without having to think twice they accomendated me and my needs. They went above and beyond their job distriptions to be welcoming and helpful. Their customer service IS the definitition of customer service! We should all get to experience their services so we then can learn from example and spred this wealth.

We are Marriott fans and have stayed here before. We have always found it to be a great value. (Hotel is undergoing a rennovation, but it did not interfere with our stay.) It is very convenient to Broomfield/Westminster, expressway to airport etc. It serves our purpose for a quick visit with family (before our flight home) after skiing in the mountains. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and breakfast is more than just cereal & yogurt. Staff was very accommodating & friendly.

Even with the remodel, still able to get a good nights sleep. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Remodel should be finished up in the next few weeks.

We stayed here five days during Christmas 2011. The hotel was being renovated, but we hardly heard any noise. Our unit had been renovated and was nicely laid out and decorated. It's not huge, but the layout makes the space work and look larger. There are two separate spaces, a living room and a bedroom, but there is no door in between, just a doorway. We found the large pull-out couch great for watching the flat screen tv that could swivel for viewing either in the living area or bedroom areas. The bath had two separate areas, with a vanity on one side of a hallway and the toilet and tub/shower on the other side behind a door. The tub was large, and the shower had a strong spray. In the living area, there was a kitchenette with a small fridge and a microwave and a few cupboards. The free breakfast was quite adequate and had some healthy choices as well as normal fare. Loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; they always greeted us as we came and went. It was great for the two of us, and we will definitely stay there again. Also great location close to shopping and dining. Lots of restaurants and malls just a minute or two away.
