“Pristine Alpine Setting”

Whether you stay at the Vail Racquet Club in the winter or summer, the views are gorgeous. This resort is located five miles east of the center of the Town of Vail in East Vail. Surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and Gore Creek, the views from anywhere on the property are breathtaking. As this is a condominium development, all units are individually owned and furnished. There is variety to select from including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos and townhomes. There is a year round heated pool and outdoor spa, restaurant, coffee shop, full athletic facilities and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful

“Outstanding condo for family”

Our condo was a one bedroom with a loft which was perfect for our two kids. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and dining on the balcony with the beautiful view of mountains and overlooking creek. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Great location near bus stop and trail to ride bikes into Vail Village. We will plan to stay here again next summer!

“Beautiful location, fantastic service!”

Driving on I-70 West through some breathtaking mountain passes between Denver and Vail was a fitting prelude to arrival at the Vail Racquet Club. I only wish I could have had more than two nights there! Nestled between two mountain peaks, with a beautiful stream between, these condos are fabulously furnished with a personal touch from the condo owner. The stay is comfortable and cool during the summer, with a slight breeze airing out the mountains and sporadic rains keeping everything fresh. The desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and sports options ranging from skiing to basketball (with tennis in between, of course) are available. Buses run to the village as well as gondolas to scale the mountains. Plenty of natural sightseeing, with a comfortable distance from the town. I went alone to participate in a destination wedding, and the staff left no stone unturned in making sure the big day went off without a hitch!

“Our 6th stay; we'll be back!"”

We have been staying here off and on for 20 years. We are never disappointed. Here are the best points: free bus ride to Vail village every hour; great plantings around the complex; friendly & competent staff; coffee bar in registration area; great gym; free workout classes; fabulous restaurant & bar; great swimming pool & tennis courts. Negative point: no elevators in buildings.

“Peaceful Getway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 May 2011

We traveled during off peak season in the end of May and the weather was just inching out of winter. There is still snow on the ground on some parts of the mountains and only one skil lift still open. But that doesnt stop people from pulling over on some sides of the mountain to ski. We went to Colorado for the horse back riding and Georgetown loop train ride. The Hotel was nice. It looks like apartment building and every unit has a fully equiped kitchen. They even has dishwashing liquid and a dishwasher! There was a bathroom and half that was well equiped. The bed was comfortable, they came and made the bed everyday and gave us fresh towels. Also every room has a fireplace with logs. We had a unit next to the main building were the hot tubs and heated pool were. they had a nice weight room and the locker rooms had a sauna and steam room. I really enjoyed those! The restuarant on site was over priced and the food was bland. I was not impressed. This is not a place to eat everyday all day. But there are plenty of restuarants down the road about a 1/4 mile. They say there is a bus service to go all around town, but I never seen or heard the bus the whole 4 days we were there. The service was nice and the scenary was beautiful. Surrounded by mountains its takes some getting used to of the high elevation and pressure on your ears. But with all the little towns around up and down Hgwy 70 you'll never get bored of things to explore.

Room Tip: Building 13 or 14, right next to the main building
