My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Ores and Mine B&B. We wanted to choose a very special place to celebrate our first wedding anniversiary and we sure found one. From the warm greeting of "Welcome family" to the moment we pulled away, we truely felt like we were staying with good friends in a place of family and fun (wait til you see the game room). Donna and John are incredible people who open their doors and hearts to their guests' every needs. How wonderful to stay with folks who have family history in the area and a fantastic sense of what exactly hospitality is. Donna and John even surprised us with "sparkley" muffins on the morning of our big day. This place is just incredible and we are already planning our next visit. When you visit here, you're family. Thank you John and Donna!!

We neded a relaxing get away! Ores and Mine provided that and more. Our host John and Donna provided a welcomeing enviroment. The view from our room of Twin Lakes was beautiful! Next to our room was a screened in porch perfect for enjoying the tranquility. The food was well presented and delicious. The game room had a variety of entertainment, ping-pong, shuffle board, pool slot machine plus board games! They have so many beautiful displayes It's diffcult to see everything.

A friend and I were traveling around Colorado and picked this B&B off a website. John and Donna, the owners, are very welcoming and fun. We were late and they didn't mind at all. We were the only guests that night so they upgraded us to a suite and gave us a tour of the whole place including their private quarters. We had the run of the rec room and wished we could have stayed longer.
