We stayed here for 1 night. The room was very nice, except that it was May and the heater was turned up all the way and running full blast. The temperature said 80 degrees, but that was as high as it would go, I think it was hotter. I immediately turned off the heat and turned on the A/C and opened the patio door. I had the room cooled down pretty quick. The room was very clean, but only 1 electrical outlet worked in the whole room. The next morning I had to carry the coffee maker to the outlet that worked and make the coffee there. If we had been staying more than 1 night, I would have called the front desk and had them move us to a different room.

It cost me about 57 dollars a night to stay here. This is my third and final night hear. Room is tops. Everything is clean. Bathroom is very clean. Has a hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Room is very large, clean, and has a patio. They do wash the sheets everyday. Has a clock, iron, phone, safe, and coffee pot with folgers coffee, and cable television with remote. No fridge or microwave though. Ice machine is down the hall. Very quiet place. Most of the staff are American Indians. A very friendly and helpful staff. They do have a cafe in the casino and resturant next door. They also have plenty of security and yes they do patrol outside as well. About a hundred yards away, there is a convenience store, has gas and a resturant inside.

I would like to extend my gratefulness with the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel & Resort.
The area provided me and my traveling partners a beautiful backdrop with many out doors type of activities. The Food was a new expierence along with the culture and
people. I would recommend to any travelers... ****Rating. Keep up the Awesome work.

After reading all the reviews I was skeptical about staying here but it was the closest casino to where I had to do some errands and needed a room to stay overnight. I thought the cleanliness of the hotel was clean, our room was bigger than regular hotel rooms I've stayed at & was really clean. The buffet...I've had better! There isn't much choice to eat! It was okay BUT we ate at Burger Kings the next day for breakfast. The slot machines SUCKED!! NOBODY WAS WINNING!! Not like how you go to Vegas or Mesquite N you hear the slots winning...if you wanna donate your $$$ to them then this is the place for you! Strong smell of smoke!! Our room was non-smoking N we actually didn't smell any smoke BUT the A/C was really loud if you kept it on at night. I had to turn it off so we can get some sleep. Other than that, hotel is okay...they let us check out late but we didn't want to stay longer because the slot machines really sucked!!
