To begin, we liked the Manitou. Great price for an expensive town. I expect we'll be going back the next time we're in Telluride.
Rooms are comfortable for 4 as long as two are ok sharing a sofa bed.
I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast any more than i would your average Comfort Inn. The dining are is small, with a table for 4, and breakfast is typical of chain motels. Plenty good enough as far as I'm concerned, but don't expect freshly cooked eggs with parsley and basil! More like bagels, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. More than enough for me, certainly.
It can be hard to find at night if you haven't been there. We got in about 10, found our key combos as directed at the Aspen Street Inn, then drove to Fir Street (two blocks east if I recall correctly.) Turn right (south) on Fir Street, which dead ends at the creek. There are no streetlights and the parking is all posted "Permit only."
You ignore the signs for the time being, park as close as you can to the creek, then cross the small footbridge. The Lodge is just across the bridge. When you get into your room, you will find a parking permit on the wall, which you then take back to your car.
Simple really, unless it's late and you've been driving a looooong time.
