The room was clean and well furnished, but what made the hotel stand out was the attentive staff. From the front desk to the breakfast room attendant, everyone was cheerful and helpful. _

just a one night stay here. It is the first hotel you will see when coming from the east. It was clean and comfortable but a little worn.
Elevator to 2nd floor would be nice.
I would stay here again.

We were on a road trip with no definite plans and we ended up in Steamboat Springs and we didn't have a hotel to stay in. We saw this on hotels.com for a reasonable price and booked it. We checked in fairly late at 10pm and went right to our room and watched a little tv. The room was spotless--your typical hotel room. We were up bright and early, and we did hear a shower running from another room, but it didn't disturb us. We enjoyed a nice breakfast that included several warm items like waffles and eggs and sausage. I can't say how the pool was as we didn't get a chance to check it out, but it looked ok. The only thing I can say that was a negative was the girl at the front desk seemed a bit flighty--she was the girl at the desk when we checked in at 10pm and when we checked out at 10am, so I am not sure if she was there that whole time or went home in between. Either way, the hotel was more than fine for what we were looking for--a clean comfortable room and a good breakfast.

This comfort inn was so bad with credit cards, they mixed the payments up and instead of using both our card that we provided them with they charged everything to his card wich in doing so caused him overdraft fees, they're very incompitant! He never recieved a refund or appologies, only dead ends. Dont stay there!!
