The staff in the Steamboat Springs Resort Quest office was wonderful and professional. We spent five days in the Meadows at Eagle Ridge. The initial condo we were in had a refrigerator issue and was not working properly. When I called to notify the Management Company, the staff was extremely nice, helpful, and apologetic for the inconvenience. The refrigerator was replaced that day, unfortunately with an old one that wasn't working properly either. I called again the next morning and once again received outstanding customer service. We were asked if we would mind moving units to an upgraded unit and were offered moving assistance. The new unit we moved to was very large and beautiful.

I called the Management Company's housekeeping, upon our return home regarding glasses that we believed we had left behind during the move between condo units. Once again I received excellent customer service. The staff said they would have someone recheck both units and call
back whether they find the glasses or not. They did follow through with their promise.

Each and every one of the staff were very professional and provided exceptional customer service.

I would highly recommend Steamboat Springs Colorado's Resort Quest.
