The room was of excellent. well kept quality. The cleanliness and good decor hit you on arrival. We had a large spacious room with two king sized beds, wifi, coffee maker, TV, iron + ironing board.
Breakfast was in the spacious lobby area and had hot and cold items of high quality. There is a guest laundry on site.

You could not ask for a group of people that did all they could to make our stay right. Having a maintenace person on call to fix our fireplace and then have them offer free movies or any thing we wanted from their food pantry because of the inconvience is what makes this a great place to stay. The hot cider and cookies are a plus.It was so nice to sit around the fireplace and talk about the area with the front staff,they really make you feel at home.Having the shuttle into town and or the ski area makes it super easy to get around. Our family stays here 2-3 times a year and we think Chris and his staff are the best! They go out of their way to ensure that we have the best experience possible, from Birthday cupcakes/cards to personalized Christmas stocking for ALL the kids staying at the hotel. We always enjoy our stay and appreciate Chris' attention to detail and the fabulous staff he has assembled!

I have been traveling for business to Steamboat on and off for the last three years. The folks here have always been very friendly and accommodating. Dianne White, the manager, is very attentive.
This is the only place I stay when in Steamboat.
Kudo's to the staff and especially to the management for their involvement...they don't just hide in their office.
