Nice new hotel. Good value. However some issues:
Walk up the stairs. See the dirt, paper, and litter there? That was the same that was there yesterday.
Go in the men's room. Out of paper. Not just towels, but TP, kleenex, I mean none. Nothing. Go back the next morning. Same situation.
Our bathroom had a light that was out. Never was noticed by the staff.
Get the picture? The staff lacks attention to detail. Which is a shame.
We stayed in a new hotel in Breck a few years back. Amazing. Went back there recently: a dump. The staff let it go to. I hope this does not happen to this hotel b/c I would like to keep coming back.
