Stayed two nights and was happy with the stay. No issues for those travelling with dogs, no extra charge, weight limits, etc. The property is small and family owned, they have half a dozen cabins that were probably built in the 60s. There's also a small building with more modern motel rooms. The cabins are dark (wood panel) but large and have everything needed. The bathroom was small, but adequate. Our cabin had a small stovetop, microwave, fridge, etc. The room had plenty of space for us to store our mt. bikes in the room at night. The property is on hwy 50 as you enter town coming from Pueblo. Road noise wasn't a problem at night in cabin #9, but I was a bit worried about the liquor store nearby. Overall, it wasn't an issue and I later learned that the family that owns the Mountain hotel also owns the liquor store. Bottom line, it's a fine place to stay with pets, wireless worked fine, nice staff (owners) and they're very accomodating of requests.
