We stayed here for two nights while visiting the area sights. It’s clean and comfortable with easy access to the Interstate. There is a Cracker Barrel next door and a huge selection of chain restaurants within 2 miles. The tasty breakfast (ummm...waffles) is served in a sunny room. There is Wi-Fi but no business center at this property, so if you don’t travel with a computer or smart phone you will not have internet access. We had become accustomed to this feature at La Quintas and were surprised here. The staff was friendly and since all of the paperwork was already done check-in took about 90 seconds.

This La Quinta property is located just off I-25 in the midst of a group of hotels. It is an easy on and off from the freeway. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant located across the parking lot and several other restaurants in the immediate area. There is also a gas station close by. It is an excellent stop-over on I-25 corridor to or from Denver. This is not a resort type property but does an excellent job at what is.

The hotel was renovated a few years ago and is bright, clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet. We have stayed there on 2 occasions and have been completely satisfied and experienced no problems. The rooms are of reasonable size and the beds are comfortable. The staff is competent and friendly. The breakfast is good but not lavish.

My husband and I read in Trip Advisor about the hotels in Pueblo, Colorado, as a half way stop on our way north of Denver and picked this hotel. We had a lovely greeting by the desk attendant and was sent to a very comfortable room on the first floor. The beds, desk, bath and room was not what we would expect of the standard room amenities. It was very large. The bed was so comfortable and the next morning, breakfast was in a sunny cheerful room and had lots of options for eating.

The only problem was no place to plug in the ethernet-only laptop, and no apparent interest from the desk staff, but our WI-FI computer worked perfectly.

This was our first experience with La Quinta, and if this is the norm, it could be our new favorite hotel to stay on to trips! We booked another night immediately for the trip back home.

We stayed one night while traveling with no reservations. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us a discount. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. However, the door to the bathroom would not lock as it looked like the latch was removed. Not sure if it was being worked on, or had been left there for awhile. Other than that, this was a nice place to stay for a weary traveler. The location was right next to a handful of restaurants and stores.
