This place was beautiful. I admit I was nervous because my previous stay at another hotel in town was not a great one, however this totally surprised me! The fact that they were able to carry the Victorian theme throughout the whole Inn made it magical and very relaxing. St. Elmo's is located on Main Street and easy walk to anywhere in town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Don't forget to check out the Bon Ton, it is a little pricey but so worth it!

We recently stayed at this restored turn of the century inn, and were so delighted with this historic inn and town. It has been restored to its original victorian charm, and you feel like you stepped back in time from the moment you walk through the door. The inn was immaculate, the service was excellent, and the morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious! It was such a pleasant stay, we can't wait to go back. It was one of our favorite spots during our two week western adventure!

Clean, with an excellent breakfast. Close in downtown, easy walk to rest of Ouray. Bed left a lot to be desired, was not the pillow top mattress advertised. Friends room had wash basin in room, not in bathroom. Restaurant was too pricey for our budget although other friends said it was excellent. No TV's or phones in rooms.

We've found casually the hotel, and when we've entered in the room we realized it was a very good price for the value.
The rooms (#3) was charming and really well furnished. Absolute cleanliness over all, and the morning after we experienced a great breakfast with a very nice and courteous staff.
