When I was a kid, best western was not a brand with a great reputation, so it was with a little trepidation I booked the room when we went to visit our daughter who lives in Ned.

Very nice surprise, clean, comfortable bed, nice people, in a rustic building (like you would expect in Ned). Breakfast was adequate, but nothing great - again, better than what you would expect from a BW. Close to everything in the small town of Nederland, price was reasonable for the room. Lobby area nice / rustic. Overall, a pleasant surprise at a reasonable price.

I love this place, it felt like a camping out log cabin lodge, I traveled with my perfect dog and they accepted him without even a blink, this is an amazing town and hotel, I felt like I was in a different (better) world and was rejuvenated afterwards. I had a great massage by a local
massage therapist who was very healing and kind. I will return as soon as I get the chance.

I stayed here a few days short of one month, and every day was amazing. They changed the Hot tub filter regularly, always had a good hot breakfast for free each morning, and the staff was amazing. I rarely had them clean the room, but one time that I did have house keeping come in, the room was not very clean. I did let management know and the person at the front desk came in and cleaned immediately. I love this hotel. Free Internet, laundry room, in the perfect location. If you stay here make sure you stop by the Pioneer in for cheap drinks, competitive pool, and the best people in the world.

Man alive what an experience !A greater contrast with our stay at Leadville is hardly possible.
Great comfortable rooms,perfectly equipped,and with that rushing stream at the back.......
You open the window and relax...no noisy airco needed...The location has everything:
Nice little town(Don't forget the Mining-museum and the Nepalese restaurant...)Too bad we had to catch a plane.
It would have earned five stars,but for the breakfast catering. JANUSmaas.
