This is one of the newer (if not newest) hotels in Manitou. The building is in great shape, and so are the rooms. We stayed for two nights, and the maid service did come in and clean up the room in between, which was nice, as some hotels have stopped doing this. The breakfast selection was small, but it is the Days Inn Daybreak breakfast (which seems consistently lacking in all of their properties), so it's not this property's fault.
The only amenity that I feel was missing was an iron and ironing board in the rooms. We did not ask at the front desk for one, so I am unsure if they are available upon request.
Overall, a nice stay.
