Stayed one night and chose this property over the high-priced alternatives in Estes Park (after our visit to the Rocky Mountain National Park.) This could be a decent property if they would turn on their a/c. Lobby, hallways and breakfast area were extremely warm and uncomfortable. A/C was not turned on in rooms, so room was hot and stuffy. I turned the a/c on, but it didn't seem to cool at all for awhile and even though I left it running all night, it still didn't seem to cool the room down adequately. Room was large; nice and had comfortable beds/pillows. Seemed to be clean. Microwave/frig a plus. Decent shower. Adequate breakfast. My brother-in-law had to ask them to turn on the a/c in the breakfast room as the heat was making him ill. I can understand trying to save some money on an electric bill, but they need to think about their guests and make more of an effort in making them comfortable. (They might not stay in business otherwise.) Sounded like a noisy trash truck came before 5:00 a.m. I would not recommend this one and would choose something else if in the area again. Paid $88.80 including tax - expected a comfortable stay.
