“Can't go wrong here”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 November 2010

I have stayed here several times this past year, visiting friends and business meetings. this is a dependable, clean, well-located hotel. One of my favorite things is the trails - there are miles and miles of trails right across the street from this place. The room was clean, access to Boulder is very easy, there is a great shopping center nearby. Breakfast is good although they are stingy with the fresh fruit. Overall you can't go wrong here!

“Welcome to Dust Mite City!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 October 2010

This hotel could be a commercial for a pest control company. The rooms were INFESTED with dust mites from the carpet to the cloth furniture to ALL the bedding. I am extremely allergic to dust mites and have even brought my own bedding to some hotels notorious for dust mites while on business. I had a terrible nights sleep for the 2 nights we were here. We came for our daughter's college parent's weekend and I was SO glad when it was over. The hotel also does not have certain normal cable tv channels. I was looking forward to watching the baseball play offs on TBS but the hotel did not purchase that cable package. I have traveled on business for over 30 years and since the cable tv era have NEVER stayed anywhere where the hotel didn't have basic cable. They don't here and the staff didn't seem to care when I complained. The only positive for this place was the breakfast. I would rather sleep in my car and eat out at McDonalds! NEVER AGAIN!

“Enjoyable Week-Long Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2010

We stayed a week at this property and were very pleased. We had a 2 bedroom suite and loved the extra room.

Check-in was quick and easy. Front Desk staff was accomodating, courteous and very helpful.

Breakfast was hot and ample with the usual supply of cereal, fruit, danish, bagels, muffins, toast, some days eggs, bacon or sausage were offered.

Dinner light fare was offered a few nights and seemed nice although we did not sample it.

Pool and hot tub area is ample although the pool was cold for us. The biggest issue we had was the EXTEMELY slippery floor. I almost fell twice going from the pool to the hot tub and we saw quite a few other people slip as well. They need to fix this issue before serious injury occurs.

The TV's and furniture are outdated. The couch in the living room was terrible and the worst choice possible for a rook of this type. The dining table was nice although small. Hard to fit three people. Kitchen had a full-size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Complete set of plates and utensils.

Laundry facility was clean and seemed well maintained.

Overall we were very pleased and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay close to Boulder.

“Great staff and hotel!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2010

I have just returned from spending the Labor Day weekend here. The staff does a wonderful job at this hotel. The rooms were spacious (I had a 1BR) and a very good value. The free breakfast was delicious with healthy choices too. It is very conveniently located to Boulder and nice shopping areas. The room was very clean as was the entire facility. There is a nice hiking/biking trail right outside. They have free WiFi and a regular computer and printer set up in the breakfast area for public use - great if you don't have to bring your laptop. We will return!

“Nice Place, Outrageous Pet Fee”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 August 2010

The place was nice, clean and in a beautiful location just outside of Boulder. There was a full kitchen and a decent free breakfast. We loved it there except for the outrageous pet fee ($100) which was more than the actual cost of the room. I would recommend this place if you're traveling with family, but not pets. $100 for a night is ridiculous in my opinion and it soured my impression of the property. Putting that aside the place was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and had a very courteous staff. Easily accessible to the highway and a great stopping point on a cross-country road trip. Would definitely stay again, but not with a pet.

Dear TheAOT,

I want to take a moment to thank you for staying with us here in Louisville. We truly do value your business and your feedback. I do realize that our pet fee does seem very high if you are only staying one night. We have each room cleaned after a pet checks out to ensure a perfect room for every guest coming to stay at our hotel. I do very much appreciate the time you took to let us know about your stay and we hope to see you again very soon.
