I was here on a business trip and the hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. It looks like this hotel has been recently refurbished and they did a nice job. My only complaints are the wall unit heater/air conditioning and the plastic cover on the mattress. I was constantly temperature uncomfortable in this room. When I ran the heater (the weather was cold during my stay), the air dried out so much that I had sinus troubles so I just left the heater off at night but I would still sweat in bed. I figured out by the 2nd night that the reason I was sweating in bed was because of the plastic cover on the mattress. I'm sure this is intended to help protect us from any bed bugs but it just does not breathe at all and I was just not able to get any sleep with it on. I finally pulled it off and just risked it; I never had any bed bug bites or any issues of that nature from this place. The location is fantastic from a work perspective and there are several restaurants close by. I was there for 4 days so I bought some snacks at a local grocery store and discovered that the refrigerator was set too low so everything froze the first night - there was no available temperature adjustment that I could find. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay. I am a Priority Club member and they gave me a little snack bag on my first night which was a really nice touch and it had some really good snacks and a bottle of water in it. I stayed an extra night and went to the Rocky Mountain National Park just for fun and it was a nice little excursion to take.
