We booked two rooms at the last minute to stay on New Year's Eve. We got an excellent rate and great service from the front desk when we checked in. The rooms are fully equipped and comfortable. The hotel had planned ahead and was proactively working with guests to keep the noise down, there was not a peep at midnight! This hotel is in a quiet location, it is pet friendly and has a large area to walk your dog. The breakfast was a variety of muffins, waffles, fruit, cereals, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee etc and very decent for the price. I would recommend this hotel to all types of visitors.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years. Each visit has been pleasant. The room arrangements/sizes vary but all were clean and comfortable. Even though I like dogs (and it's great to see them when I'm on vacation) - I didn't bring my buddy in the picture so I stayed at the building where you check-in - primarily because I wouldn't have to go outside in the morning to get breakfast (OK - that's lazy - but true). A couple of things: 1) if you want places to eat - just go North on Kipling at the c470 Exit - some of the places even give you a discount since you are a TownePlace Suite guest. (Virgillio's has good eggplant & a nice verde salad) - Rib City is right there, ChicFilA - a bunch of places as well as the grocery store Albertsons, if you have your pet along with you - PetSmart is right there too. 2) The cookies, fresh coffee, and tea selection at the front are nice when you come in at night. 3) The staff makes you feel welcome. Once you spend a few minutes talking to them you are amazed at their diverse interests. When it's all said and done - you feel safe and appreciated.

We stayed at the TownePlace Suites while visiting friends nearby. With a one year old, the space was most welcome and the people were very helpful and kind. The breakfasts were what you might expect - ok, but not great. However, there is plenty of choice if you want to go out. A car is absolutely necessary.

My husband stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and it exceeded our expectations. It was one of the most well-equipped, comfortable, and clean hotels we've stayed at. The suite was the perfect size- a queen bed, sofa, chair, and separate kitchen area...complete with an oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. It made it easy and convenient to have lunch in between activities or have a quick dinner once we got back from a day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding as well. Every morning there was a hot item (usually waffles- but they kept interesting with a variety of flavors), plus cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping did a great job. Some may think that the location is a little far out from where they want to be, but with 470 just around the corner we were able to get anywhere we wanted to go very quickly. We would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
