This is good property. The hotel was clean and everything worked as it was suppose to. The breakfast was above average, but the breakfast room is very small. Limon, CO is a very grungy town. This is a motel on the freeway.

Not a bad place to stay...the staff was friendly and helpfull...

the room was large with a sofa bed...and clean and comfortable.

the free breakfast was what you would expect but they serve it in a tiny room so plan on taking it to your room to eat.

the place also has great sitting area in the lobby and on the 2nd floor if you can't sleep and want to go out and read and not disturb your roommates.

It lacks high quality, although the rooms are clean and comfortable. What set me off was something that's common throughout Motel America, and I want to write about it here. What Corporate Motel Moron decided to place the heating/cooling unit underneath the windows such that when it is on, the curtains blow in a horizontal manner? Quality Inn Corporate People, no one asks you for rocket science or brain surgery. Only for common sense. Is it the case that you simply expect all travelers to place their shoes in the windows to keep the curtains in place? If not, I would like to hear exactly what your expectations are?

Stay in the hotel .Its a petty big size hotel but breakfast room have only six chair . we can hardly get in there.Breakfast was terrible.Hotel smell pets all over.If i even have to sleep in the car i am not staying in there again.
