Let's start by saying if you are in this area and looking for a place to stay, look no further. This Hampton Inn is extrodinary!

We drove in from Sedona Arizona and had planned to arrive earlier but wheather delays put our schedule off a few days, but this was not a problem for this hotel. They worked with us in everyway possible and said not a problem. We arrived Christmas day and met Barbara who welcomed us at the front desk, she was familiar to us as we had called earlier for assistance. Barbara had everything ready for us and was so pleasant to talk and work with, kudo's.

The Lobby was extremely spacious, clean and beautifully done and the Room was even better and the evenings were quiet and relaxing. Oh, their breakfast was really terrific and well prepared, so many choices, omletes, meat, potatoes, fruit and so much more, YUM! The best of all was the person incharge and had prepared all of this great food, she just made our morning start perfect "Please if you need anything just ask, do you need more of this or that?" Wow.. another person who really cared about who was having breakfast in this hotel, how refreshing.

Best staff and awesome rooms. They have the comfort of their sister Hilton's rooms, but for a much better price. Staff was totally outstanding, the manager Jen and the entire staff were friendly and courteous. Nice ambiance in lobby & dining area too, fireplace and great breakfast....WOW, way to go!
7-8 mins from downtown too, we went for an NFL game at Mile High and an NBA game at Pepsi Center, very convenient to both.

The staff at this Hampton Inn was one of the friendliest I have encountered thus far on my travels around the world. The staff took this time to explain all of the amenities and tell us about restaurants and attractions around Denver, as this was my first time there. She spent about 10 min at check in just to make sure we had all the info we needed for a good stay. Each person at the front desk greeted us every time we walked in the front door.

The property itself is located in a business centric part of Denver which means it is deserted at night and on the weekends. The hotel looks rather dated and old from the outside, but the inside was nicely renovated. The lobby has a fireplace and many seating areas. There is also a business center with free printers, and free (fast) WiFi through out the property and guest rooms.

The rooms were nicely updated with newer fixtures, linens, tv, fridge, microwave etc. Bathrooms were very clean and new as well.

The free breakfast was a nice plus, good variety and fresh waffles. The lady who oversaw the breakfast area was extremely nice and always greeted us in the morning and asked us if we needed anything. The breakfast area was huge, and had many flat screens tv's and free newspapers.

Only negative to this place are the paper thin walls, could hear neighbors all night. The parking lot is kind of strange as well. You have to walk down stairs and is kind of a hassle with luggage.

Overall this hotel was very nice and the staff is really what sets this place apart from other hotels I have stayed at in the past.

The Hampton has one of the friendliest staffs I have ever encountered and they respond to any request within minutes. It is a very nicely decorated hotel with a micro wave and fridge in the room. There is a free hotel shuttle available to take you anywhere within 5 miles of hotel. Hotel provides a free hot breakfast every morning. There is an Old Chicago restaurant and Pizza Hut within walking distance as well as a number of fast food locations. Very enjoyable stay.
