I stayed here about a year ago, and this hotel is still doing well. Quality was good in pretty much every respect, and pretty much on line with other Comfort Suites, which I stay at fairly often. Clean, spacious, seemingly safe parking lot, friendly enough staff, and a decent breakfast. My room rate was around $76.xx plus tax, which was a bit cheaper than what I got last year

The only problem I had was the room I reserved online at Choice Hotels.com a few weeks prior was not the room I got when I arrived. I reserved a handicap accessible room, and was given a standard room on the 3rd floor instead. The clerk told me I did not reserve an accessible room. I don't know what he was looking at, but it wasn't what I reserved. I of course know what I reserved, but I confirmed he was wrong by checking the reservation email I received. He told me the handicap rooms were all taken, and nothing could be done about it. Not sure whose fault this was, but if not for the fact that I was travelling with work colleagues and didn't want to cause an inconvenience for them, I would have walked out the door right there and taken my business elsewhere.

I am not sure if I will stay there again due to this reservation screwup. If I do, I will be sure to call the hotel in advance and make sure they are on the same page with me before I roll the dice and get burned a second time. Not a big fan of staff messing up my reservations.

Had an ant problem in the bathroom by the toilet. Toilet would leak every time you flushed. Paper thin walls so you heard everything and everyone. Location near the highway. Hotel double charged my card for the room, when it wasn't necessary. Treated my credit card as a debit card all cause it had the word "bank" in the credit card name. Even after complaining, the repeat charges still showed up. It took days for those holds/charges to clear.

Definitely won't see me back at this Comfort Suites.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and i am always happy.

Traveling with a pregnant wife and 3 little kids. The rooms were very roomy. 2 Tvs, living area and sleeping area. Beds are extremely comfortable and were great for our week long stay in denver. Flat screens, free wifi. Desk, couch, chair, 2 beds LOVE IT!

Our first room had water damage on the wall in the bathroom and you could smell the mildew (pregnant wife noticed it quickly). We told the front desk and they moved us. Everything was so nice I forgot the first issue.

Free breakfast. Indoor pool (slippery tiles and not hot enough spas).

Overall this is a very roomy hotel and if I am able, I will stay again in the spring.

for 90 bucks during the furthur red rocks run.......i had a huge place with two flat screens, a fridge, bathroom, and bedroom with wooden doors to close if I so desired.
Homewood Suites, elsewhere in lakewood is nicer........but if it's more than $20 more than Comfort Suites, this is indeed the best spot.
Clean rooms, cheery front desk girl, directions to red rocks for each guest, friendly attendant late night who was patient with all the wacky partiers.
TWO THUMBS UP!!!! (for economy or show-going stays where clean is important.
