There was an old bowl of rice in the microwave, the bedding smelled of perfume like it had not been washed, there was in the shower an open used bottle of shampoo, a used bar of soap and a dirty rag.
There was no one at the checkout desk upon leaving and I was ill and throwing up so I never made the complaint, just left and went home. Terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible everything. They had trouble running my credit card so I paid cash, then I come home to see that there is a charge pending on my account for the room I already paid for. Very shabby. Never again.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center for a week in September 2009. Their general manager Bill amd his staff are always helpful to give 110%. I came down for breakfast, after the breakfast cutoff time, but the lady was still cleaning up the area and she made me breakfast. I stay at a lot of hotels and eventhough this was a small example of hotel hospitality it meant a lot to me.

We stayed three nights. Room was very quiet yet next to the interstate. Clean and smelled good. Room quite small but adequate and all rooms are non smoking.Breakfast was so-so but does include waffles. Restaurants are close turn south on Clinton. We ate at Tres Margaritas just up the hill and it was very good. We took the Grayline tour "Denver Highlights" and enjoyed it. It was 4 hours although scheduled for 3 hours. Tour leaves from Cherry Creek shopping center.

Having come from the UK we needed a base to tour the city of Denver ,Golden and the surrounding area
We arrived at about 11.00pm, and the lady on reception was very helpful and found us a room with fridge and microwave.
The room was very nice and modern - looked like it had been remodeled within the last 12 months.
Hotel is near the Interstate ,and Denver light rail system ,this gets you into town in about 15 mins.
The only fault for our entire stay was the breakfast,which needs a dedicated member of staff to keep topping up the milk,eggs,muffins etc.
It was a real pain having to go reception all the time.
We would give this hotel a rating of 9/10
