I stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip. Room was clean and staff was very nice. There is a bar/lounge in the lobby (very convenient) and a fireplace. It is easy to have conversation with your colleagues there rather than going to the rooms. Washroom in the room was a bit small and the door had to be closed/opened to move in or out of it. Walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear almost every noise in the neighboring room -- someone walking, moving the luggage etc..

I stayed in the Sheraton in Denver on a recent business trip, expecting to do 'exactly what it said on the tin' it did not!! The rooms were large but poorly decorated with extra beds in rooms that served no purpose (i had 1 double and 2 single beds in a room for one!!). There was no wi fi available in the room, the TV was limited in channels, and there was a horrible noise from the freeway which it backed on to. That said the restaurnat was very nice the staff were charming and helpful, it needs a few dollars spent on it updating the decor, and i could be very good, but at present sadly this is a let down..

I was so disappointed with this place. Should have read the reviews here first so I knew more of what to expect. My room was dingy, old but, most bothersome of all, dirty! The filthy room was what bothered me most because THAT'S the one thing that can be fixed. Sure, it's nice to have somebody wipe the snow of my car, but I would have so much preferred that man-power to have gone into cleaning my room properly. At the last minute I was due to stay in the area an extra night, but I opted for a different hotel within the same area and I will stick to that next time it comes to it. I like my sleeping quarters to be clean! Perhaps I'll give this place another try after the renovations are set to be done, but until then: not a chance!

Nice hotel and comfortable bed and nice TV. The great service. The general manager scraped snow off my car at 6:30 in the morning. I've traveled quite a bit for business and no hotel has ever done that before.

The only reason why I am not giving this hotel a 5 star is because reception for some TV channels are poor. I think management knew that and the hotel will go through major renovation soon.
