Great location, next to the interstate, rooms can be a little noisey on the interstate side, but not the big of deal. Very large king standard room. Lots of pillows, comfy bed and big towels. Rooms, hallways, etc are very clean. Staff very nice. We stay there almost once a month for business or a weekend getaway.

Staff is great, hotel is clean and well maintained, best in Grand Junction by far.

We arrived at the hotel rather late, but was properly greeted and after a quick check-in and a warm cookie, we are in. As HHonors Gold got an upgrade to a better room, and got free wifi.
The room is quite nice and big. Bathroom has standard amenities to expect from a Hilton chain, however some items like razors are not there. When asking for it on my way down for dinner, the front desk are very helpful and even also got me a nail clipper from the gift shop - without charge! Now that's what I call an excellent service!
The gym is accessible 24/7 using key card. There are 4 treadmills, 2 cross-trainers and 1 recumbent bike. A set of weights (limited up to 50# pairs) are there along with 2 adjustable benches, and a small double-cable station complete with nice selection of handles.
The restaurant, medium sized, caters to guests from breakfast all the way to dinner. Breakfast is quite standard, not as lavish as one expected from a Hilton/DoubleTree though, but the excellent service made up to that fact. The waitress even gets me a to-go cup for my tea when I mentioned that I only have a few minutes to eat my breakfast and go!
Check out was a breeze, since they already put the bill underneath my door the night before I left.
All in all, they have very service oriented people working there, and will be my hotel of choice next time I am in Grand Junction!

It was great. If at all possible get a room on the golf course side of the building.
